Legend has it that the son of one of the most renowned distiller at the time learnt the craft of distilling from his father and, through his love and passion for Irish Whiskey and distilling, he became the expert advisor to many of the craft distilleries throughout Ireland.
This affable young man helped create some of the finest Irish Whiskeys on the island and became known throughout the industry as ‘Mr.Whiskey’ .
In celebration and remembrance of this great legend, we are proud to bring you a taste of one of the styles of Irish Whiskey that Mr. Whiskey loved most.
This Special Edition Irish Whiskey has been made from carefully selected Irish malted barley and grain which is triple distilled and blended in equal proportions. Its rich taste and smoothness is achieved through double cask maturation in first-fill bourbon casks and finally rested in Irish IPA beer casks.
